Hi, I'm Katyna Bunn

 I am the Founder and Lead Realtor of Legacy Partners Realty, LLC, proudly serving the Fuquay-Varina area and the greater Triangle region of North Carolina. With over 23 years of experience in real estate, I have built a career dedicated to helping individuals and families grow wealth through strategic property ownership and sales.

Before entering real estate, I worked in finance and human resources—roles that sharpened my skills in auditing, financial analysis, and executive recruiting. This foundation has been invaluable in my approach to real estate, where I focus on delivering informed, data-driven solutions with an emphasis on personalized service and clear communication.

I am actively engaged in my community through civic and professional leadership. I’ve had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors for the Fuquay-Varina Chamber of Commerce (2017–2023) and as President of the Downtown Fuquay-Varina Rotary Club (2021–2022). I’m also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and involved with the NC A&T State University Raleigh Chapter alumni network.

My sales portfolio spans entry-level homes to luxury properties, and I consistently ranked among the top 20% of Keller Williams agents prior to leaving. In 2022, my team was honored to be recognized as one of the top 10 in the Carolinas Region.
